Upon arrival you check in at the reception or, if you arrive after reception hours(12pm - 2:30pm), on your own. But we're never more than an email or phone call away. The day before arrival, we send the entrance code and your personal code for your apartment's key box. This is via sms and e-mail (according to the information you provided at the time of booking). We have a luggage room for you to use before check in and after check out. Public parking is available in the streets and in the parking garage. Both options are subject to charge/payment. Niro doesn't provide private parking.
